You retain ownership of all content you upload to SOQDraft. We do not use your firm's proprietary content — including RFQ documents, project data, staff profiles, or generated SOQs — to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service providers — vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SOQDraft or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to affected users.
